Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How This Opportunity Is Different

Climate analytics within the insurance market have gone beyond top-level conversations about how climate change may impact the industry. At Aon, we’re developing solutions and providing analytics that address specific needs from clients in regard to climate change, creating adjustments to current models and translating the latest academic science, data and research into practical applications for the insurance industry.

This role will be within the Climate Analytics team in London but also the wider global Climate Risk Advisory team. You will work across the business, with a range of clients and colleagues. You will need to collaborate with colleagues in different offices, working in different business areas, as well as with others within the market. You will also need to work with academia and third-party providers.

Our work feeds directly into the risk models that form the basis of the insurance industry, with the results of our work being presented both to the client and incorporated into our conversations with clients regarding their future risk transfer needs. We sit within Risk Solutions, collaborating closely with brokers and client leaders.
