Full-Time Clinic Administrator
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and proactive Clinic Administrator to join our private clinic on a full-time basis.
Previous experience in a clinic, beauty, medical, or customer service environment is preferred, but a strong interest in the role and a willingness to learn are equally important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing information and consultations about our services
- Managing appointments and assisting practitioners with bookings
- Supporting practitioners with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Helping with the preparation and organisation of treatment rooms
- Keeping the clinic clean, tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times
- Assisting with orders, stock management, and general clinic administration
- Ensuring clients receive a high level of customer service throughout their visit
- Responding to client enquiries and helping to meet their needs
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic

The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a strong interest in working in a private clinic environment
- Is friendly, confident, polite, and professional
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is proactive and able to work independently
- Is comfortable communicating with clients and practitioners
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Has previous administration, reception, customer service, or clinic experience (preferred)
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment
