About Us
Dr LBL Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading private healthcare business specialising in hair restoration, regenerative medicine, and patient care.
We are seeking an exceptional Clinic Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a premium private clinic.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced and varied role within a growing business. We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive individual who enjoys taking initiative, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is eager to learn and grow with the company. The right candidate will be given the opportunity to develop their skills, take on increasing responsibility, and progress as the business continues to expand.
You will work closely with the clinical and management teams to ensure the smooth running of the clinic while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
- Managing appointments, diaries, and clinic schedules.
- Responding to patient enquiries via telephone, email, and in person.
- Preparing treatment rooms before and after appointments.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
- Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and monitoring inventory.
- Preparing weekly operational and stock reports for the management team.
- Assisting with invoicing, payments, and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinating deliveries, suppliers, and clinic equipment maintenance.
- Supporting the organisation of clinic events, marketing activities, and business projects.
- Assisting the clinical team during busy clinics where required.
- Ensuring the clinic is clean, organised, and operating efficiently at all times.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and support the continued growth of the business.
- Undertaking any additional duties required to support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, professional, and friendly attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- A willingness to learn, develop, and take on new responsibilities.
- Previous experience in healthcare, aesthetics, luxury hospitality, or a private medical environment is desirable.
