Role Description
The Clinic Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based at Qin's Health in London. The Clinic Assistant supports the daily operations of the clinic by greeting patients, managing reception duties, answering inquiries, translating, and coordinating appointments. This position requires a professional, approachable manner and a consistent commitment to patient-centered service.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and in-person skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with diverse patients and colleagues.
- MUST BE PROFICIENT IN BOTH CHINESE AND ENGLISH
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, including appointment scheduling, managing phone and email inquiries, and maintaining front desk organization.
- Basic understanding of Medical Terminology and Patient Care practices, preferably within a clinic, healthcare, or wellness environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in record-keeping and follow-up tasks.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and clinic management or scheduling software.
- Ability to work on-site full time in London, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative approach.
- Prior experience in a medical, complementary therapy, or customer-facing role is beneficial
