At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.
- Completing Clinic Alteration forms (CAFS) as requested by the secretaries and divisions
- Cancelling and suspending clinics and passing the details to the admin supports so patients can either be rebooked or added to partial book waiting lists
- Keeping the division's updated on patients that are being booked near to the 52 week breach date target
- Working with admin supports so all news and follow up slots are filled as any slots unutilised is lost revenue to the Trust
- Keeping booking rules up to date
- Supporting in actioning the AFBS daily to keep in line with KPI
- Supporting on the email boxes to action urgent emails within a timely manner
- Completing all day to day roles when admin support is not in the office
