An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Cwm Taf Morgannwg (CTM) Health Board within the NHS
This is a full-time position based at the Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend.
About the Role
The post holder will work as a Clinic Co-Ordinator within the Endoscopy Unit, working in a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring the right patients attend their correct clinic.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of operations within the NHS, and making sure patients receive the best possible care.
This post is fixed term/secondment for 1 year due to service demand and funding.

Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the day to day co-ordination of all Endoscopy appointments and Outpatient Clinics within the Endoscopy Unit working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the right patient attends the right clinic, on the right day at the right time: in addition to have responsibility for the preparation of all case notes adhering to departmental policy and the provision of a high quality reception service for all patients, their families, carers and any other visitors to the department.
- To be responsible for the management of the partial booking wizard and to assist and support the Manager and junior staff within the department, also providing cover for reception on a rotational basis.
