Join a Team Making a Real Difference

For over 15 years, Medinet has partnered with the NHS to reduce waiting times and improve patient access to essential healthcare services. As one of the UK's leading providers of insourced and community clinical services, we have supported more than 1 million patient treatments and continue to grow across a range of healthcare specialities.

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused Clinic Coordinator to join our Operations Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the planning, coordination and delivery of clinical services that directly impact patient care across the UK.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, solving problems and keeping multiple projects moving at once, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As a Clinic Coordinator, you will act as the central link between clinical teams, NHS stakeholders and internal departments to ensure services are fully resourced, efficiently coordinated and successfully delivered.

You'll work closely with operational leaders, healthcare professionals and commercial teams to support the mobilisation of new services, manage clinician scheduling, coordinate workforce planning and ensure clinics run smoothly.

This role offers genuine career development opportunities within a growing healthcare business where your contribution will have a direct impact on patient outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Workforce Planning & Clinic Coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule clinical teams across multiple healthcare services.
  • Ensure contracts are fully resourced, typically planning up to 12 weeks in advance.
  • Match and place appropriately skilled clinicians into services and contracts.
  • Monitor staffing requirements and proactively identify potential resourcing risks.
  • Support clinician engagement and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
