Clinic Lead – Park Modern

Mission

Neko is redefining what prevention means: shifting from treating illness when it arrives to sustaining health before symptoms appear. Our mission is to make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, our proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. This is a role for those who think in 10x, not 10%. Every team member builds a world where prevention is the norm—and where your work helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Role Purpose

You’re an experienced GP who has questioned: there has to be a better way. You believe in prevention as the right way to practise medicine—and are eager to do more than deliver it. You want to build the environment where an entire team delivers it every day, at the highest standard.

As Clinic Lead, you’ll:

  • Hold full accountability for clinic operations, clinical governance, member experience, and team development.
  • Directly manage the Lead Operator and all clinic doctors—through structured 1:1s, performance conversations, and succession-focused development.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for clinical, operational, facility, and team-related issues.
  • Lead KPI-driven improvement, including NPS (Net Promoter Score), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), rebooking rate, and utilisation.
  • Own clinical and operational compliance, including CQC readiness and Registered Manager responsibilities once established.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to lead hiring across all clinic roles.
  • Bridge the clinic and HQ, translating strategic priorities into day-to-day operational excellence.
  • Remain clinically active—role-modelling the standard of care and member experience.

Location: Park Modern Hours: Part-time, four days per week (1.5 days management, 2.5 days service provision) Closing Date: Friday, 5th June

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Oversight

  • Hold full responsibility for clinic performance, clinical governance, and member experience.
  • Develop and grow the team through 1:1s, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Be the escalation point for every operational, clinical, and team-related issue.
  • Drive structured continual improvement by benchmarking and delivering against NPS, CSAT, and utilisation KPIs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with CQC standards and Registered Manager responsibilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

Must Have

✅ 6+ months of people leadership or operational management experience. ✅ 1+ year post-CCT of relevant experience. ✅ Leadership issues addressed (e.g., developed SOPs/pathways, led audits, supported recruitment). ✅ No barriers standing in the way of scanning clinical performance & member experience data.

Strong Signal (Critical Thinking + Impact)

(non-mandatory but performance-enhancing) ✔ You’ve directly influenced a colleague’s better practice (with quantifiable effect). ✔ You’ve conducted difficult conversations without such defensiveness that constructive change couldn’t happen. ✔ You treat KPIs (NPS/CSAT/complaints) as real-time clinical metrics—not HR metrics. ✔ You’ve felt the frustration of reactive medicine and understand why individuals would “latched onto” preventative healthcare. ✔ You’re credited as the stabilising or problem-solving presence by your former team during turmoil: you can articulate how.

Remarks

Title & Purpose

Neko uses a clearer, less hierarchal internal title structure. Here, your title will reflect a balance of scope, impact, and accountability—meaning the same title may not be marketed externally (but your responsibility remains aligned).

Hiring Process

  1. Application → structured interview (skills, culture, intent)
  2. Scenario-based discussion (e.g., “how would you handle X with your team?”)
  3. Interview progression to formal offer + pre-employment checks (only for candidates scoring “hired”)

Equal Opportunity & Inclusion

We value and commit to diversity of thought and background to deliver better member-first care. Reasonable accommodations are made available throughout the application process. If you’re unsure how to request one, we can guide you.
