Clinic Manager & Head of Client Relations
Central London
Private Healthcare | Luxury Client Experience
Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours per week
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinic Manager & Head of Client Relations to join a prestigious, doctor-led private healthcare clinic in Central London.
A leading private healthcare provider, our client delivers a premium service to a high-net-worth client base.
We are looking for someone truly first-class: polished, warm, highly organised and passionate about delivering outstanding client service. This is a senior, hands-on role combining clinic operations, people management and luxury client service.
The Role
You will lead the Client Relations Team, including medical secretaries and client relations assistants, taking ownership of the client journey from initial enquiry through to appointments, reports, referrals and aftercare.
Responsibilities
- Leading, managing and developing the Client Relations Team
- Managing workflow, priorities and deadlines across the team
- Ensuring an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
- Overseeing client scheduling, team rotas, absences and workload
- Leading daily team huddles and driving continuous improvement
- Managing challenging client enquiries and feedback professionally
- Conducting quality checks and audits across bookings, reports and client communications
- Working closely with clinical and operational colleagues to ensure a seamless service
- Providing hands-on support during busy periods and team absences
- Overseeing the onboarding and training of new starters
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Acting as a role model for the clinic’s culture and standards

About You
You will be a confident and accomplished people manager who combines exceptional client service with strong operational and organisational skills.
- Polished, professional and an excellent communicator
- Warm, confident and comfortable dealing with demanding and high-net-worth clients
- An experienced line manager who can support, motivate and constructively challenge a team
- Calm and composed under pressure
- Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive and willing to take ownership rather than waiting to be asked
- Digitally confident and comfortable learning and using different systems
- Equally comfortable managing people and getting involved in detailed operational and administrative work
- Genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding client service

Essential Experience
- Clinic or practice management experience within a luxury private healthcare or wellness environment
- Previous team management experience
- Strong client-facing experience within private healthcare or another luxury service environment such as hospitality, retail or travel
- Excellent written and spoken English, with exceptional communication skills
- Available to interview in London
