Clinic Manager — Fertility & Reproductive Medicine | UK
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading fertility group for a Clinic Manager to lead the non-clinical operation across one of their UK clusters.
This is a senior operational leadership role — you'll sit at the heart of the clinic's leadership team, working in close partnership with the Medical Director and Clinical Lead to deliver outstanding patient care alongside a commercially strong, well-run business.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the non-clinical team — Deputy Manager, Administration Manager, Patient Coordinators and Receptionists
- Driving day-to-day operational and commercial performance across the cluster, including budgets, capital expenditure and cost efficiency
- Owning clinic growth, productivity and conversion — from initial consultation through to patient pathway progression
- Building a high-performing, patient-centric culture across the team
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training pathways and ongoing performance management for non-clinical staff
- Leading local improvement projects and supporting robust governance, compliance and business continuity
- Acting as Health & Safety Officer for the hub, and ensuring full compliance with HFEA and NHS framework requirements

- Degree level education or equivalent
- Proven operational leadership experience, ideally within healthcare
- A track record of driving performance, financial and quality improvements
- Strong experience managing teams and budgets
