Clinic Manager

Location: London

Hours of work: 40hrs pw (including evenings & weekends)

Salary: Competitive

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our London clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while driving operational excellence and commercial performance.

As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinic operations, leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the clinic team to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.
  • Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence across all functions.
  • Drive clinic performance against key business and financial targets.
  • Recruit, train, coach and develop team members.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations and clinical governance standards.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage clinic resources, scheduling and operational planning.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, clinicians and support teams.
  • Support the delivery of sales and business development activities within the clinic.

About You

  • Previous management experience within healthcare, retail healthcare, optical, dental, or private medical environments.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer and patient experiences.
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
