Clinic Manager

MatchMedics is proud to partner with a leading Irish Minor Injuries provider as they expand into the UK private healthcare market.

As part of this exciting growth journey, we are seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of a brand-new Minor Injuries Clinic in Chiswick, West London.

This is a unique opportunity to join from the very beginning, helping shape a new service, build a high-performing team, and oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including team management, rostering, payroll administration, performance management, patient experience, and facility oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.
  • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Oversee staff rostering and workforce planning to ensure appropriate clinic coverage.
  • Coordinate and support payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of staff hours and related information.
  • Monitor clinic performance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical, operational, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the continued growth and success of the clinic as it establishes itself within the local market.

Requirements

We're interested in hearing from candidates with:

  • Previous healthcare facility, clinic, or healthcare operations management experience.
  • Experience managing staff, rostering, and operational workflows.
  • Familiarity with payroll administration and budget oversight.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
