Role Description

The Clinic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the aesthetics clinic. This role oversees appointment scheduling, staffing, and workflow to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience. The Clinic Manager manages budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships, while maintaining compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. They support clinical staff by coordinating training, monitoring service quality, and promoting best practices. The role also includes handling client inquiries and feedback, implementing improvements in customer service, and contributing to business development and marketing initiatives that align with the clinic’s mission and values.

  • Strong customer service skills with experience in client-facing roles in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and basic financial management, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across clinical and administrative teams.
  • Background or familiarity with medicine, aesthetics, or clinical environments, with a commitment to safe and ethical practice.
  • Experience in staff training, coaching, or team development to support consistent service standards.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to prioritize in a busy clinic setting.
  • Competence with clinic management software, scheduling systems, and basic office IT tools.
  • Relevant education in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; prior clinic or practice management experience is highly advantageous.
