We are delighted to be recruiting for the role of Clinic Manager within our new Accelerator Team covering clinics in our London City Region: White City, Parsons Green, Bishopsgate, Belgravia, Victoria, St Paul's and Tower Bridge. This is an unique position that allows you to make a meaningful impact across multiple clinics. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, challenges, and influence. Unlike a traditional Clinic Manager role, you won’t be located in a single clinic. Instead, you’ll support multiple clinics across the region, helping each location deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and uphold our high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all team members deliver exceptional, 5-star client service.
- Lead and inspire teams across multiple clinics, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Ensure every clinic delivers outstanding client experiences while achieving commercial and operational goals.
- Complete regional reporting on operations and commercial targets.
- Manage employee relations including probation, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
- Oversee staff rostering and annual leave management across clinics.
- Undertake ad hoc duties and projects to support the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, sales, and client satisfaction at each clinic.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven management or supervision experience, ideally in a multi-site or operational role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience mentoring and developing teams.
- Excellent customer service and management skills.
- An eye for driving sales and seeking out new commercial opportunities.
