What You Will Do
- Oversee end-to-end patient journeys, ensuring a high-touch, concierge-level experience from initial enquiry to maintenance therapy.
- Manage daily clinic operations including rotas, facilities, and KPI reporting to ensure seamless clinical delivery.
- Formalize operational SOPs and governance frameworks in alignment with regulatory standards to support multi-site scaling.
