Job Description
Clinic Manager - Cambridge
Salary - £27,000 - £29,000 plus commission
A Dermalogica Pro Skin Clinic Manager is at the true heart of where results happen in our Business. As a qualified Aesthetic Practitioner, you will lead from the front – setting the clinical standard for your team and delivering advanced treatments that deliver real, visible results. Based on the clinic floor with your team, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering and educating all our customers to have their best skin possible. You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and combine this with a very personalised and educational approach to all the conversations you will have. You will lead by example and showcase your expert product knowledge and the passion to make a difference – your role is to inspire and lead your team and location to success.
You will guide, support and develop your team of Pro Skin Therapists to lead with skin treatment expertise, deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customers receive the true Dermalogica experience. This will be achieved through the implementation and execution of business growth plans, events, activity and staff development to empower your team. You will have a strong commercial mindset and be proactive in identifying opportunities to drive and develop your clinic and team to success.

Your skills and experience
- You will have at least 3 years’ management experience, within a retail or clinical/aesthetic environment.
- You will be a qualified beauty therapist and Aesthetic Practitioner (NVQ Level 3 minimum; Level 4/5 essential for this role) with a passion for skin health like no other brand has ever seen.
- You will be an outgoing, creative thinker who has the ability to create theatre in the clinic to inspire and draw customers to us.
Job Responsibilities
Business driver
- You will drive retail and treatment growth month on month through motivating and supporting the team, thinking outside the box with new inspiring event ideas and exceeding all clinic targets and KPIs.
- You will drive events in clinic with both floor-based activity and masterclasses, ensuring all events are fully booked.
Team leader and motivator
- You will be a role model and perform all services regularly to the highest standard.
- You will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to delegate tasks effectively, empathy, problem solving skills and the capability to inspire, drive and motivate your team.
Mentor and Coaching
- You will take the time to regularly mentor and coach your team members, driving them to succeed.
- You will carry out monthly 1-2-1s with each of your team members and implement personal development plans for each of them to ensure that your team have the expertise to excel.

Clinical Excellence
- As the lead Aesthetic Practitioner in the clinic, you will oversee and deliver advanced Dermalogica skin treatments – including Microneedling, LED and Peels – to the highest clinical standard, championing the Face Mapping℠ consultation process and ensuring every client receives a fully personalised skin analysis and treatment recommendation.
Clinic Operations
- You will manage day-to-day clinic operations including stock management, appointment scheduling, opening and closing procedures and all reporting requirements, ensuring the clinic operates to the highest standard at all times.
Professionalism
- You follow the grooming standards to ensure that you are living and breathing Dermalogica every day.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, press, location management and the wider Dermalogica team.
