Job Title: Practice Manager
Location: Kensington / South Kensington, London
Salary: Competitive DOE
Type: Full Time, Clinic Based
About the Clinic
I’m representing an exciting new doctor-led aesthetics and wellness clinic launching in Kensington, bringing together advanced aesthetics, skin health, regenerative treatments, functional medicine, and longevity within a highly personalised, evidence-led approach.
This is a premium clinic being built from the ground up, with a huge amount of thought going into the patient experience, clinical standards, and overall environment.
They’re now looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join at a really exciting stage. Rather than stepping into someone else’s systems, you’ll have the opportunity to help establish the processes, standards, and culture of the clinic from the beginning.
About the Role
This will be a hands-on leadership role, working closely with the Founder, Clinical Lead, doctors, and Aesthetic Practitioners to ensure the clinic runs seamlessly across operations, patient experience, team management, and commercial performance.
They need someone who takes genuine ownership. Someone who notices the details, solves problems calmly, and can turn the founder’s vision into a beautifully run clinic without needing constant direction.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
