Aesthetic and beauty clinic based on Harley Street, London, specialising in advanced aesthetic treatments, skin health and subtle, natural-looking results.
We are looking for a polished, organised and digitally savvy Clinic Manager / Social Media & Clinic Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty, aesthetics, skincare, luxury service and social media, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the beauty clinic, while also assisting with our social media and content.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day organisation of the clinic
- Welcoming clients and providing a warm, polished and luxurious experience
- Managing appointments, bookings and client communication
- Liaising with practitioners, suppliers and external contacts
- Ensuring the clinic is organised, immaculate and fully stocked
- Handling general administrative and operational tasks
- Creating and filming engaging Instagram content
- Editing Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Supporting before-and-after photography and content organisation
- Keeping up with current beauty, aesthetics and social media trends
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, launches and influencer/client events

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, proactive and reliable
- Confident, friendly and naturally client-facing
- Polished, presentable and professional
- Passionate about beauty, aesthetics, skincare and fashion
- Confident using Instagram and creating short-form content
- Comfortable filming and editing Reels
- Familiarity with CapCut, Canva or similar is a plus
- A quick learner who can work independently
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a luxury beauty environment
- Naturally personable and confident when communicating with clients
Previous experience in aesthetics, beauty, luxury hospitality, private healthcare or a similar client-facing environment is desirable, but we are also open to candidates with the right personality, attitude and transferable experience.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being involved in both the client experience and the creative side of the business, rather than a traditional desk-based position.
Location: Harley Street, London
Position: Full-time, on-site
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
