Clinic Manager
Location - Cheltenham
Hours of work - 40hrs per week including Saturdays
Salary - From £32,000 plus bonus

If you’re looking to work for a market leader, then read on as we are looking for a Clinic Manager for our Cheltenham clinic, and will also manage our Worcester clinic, both locations offer consultations for Laser Eye Surgery and private eye examinations, in the role you will have full responsibility for managing the performance of the team, across our healthcare brands, Optical Express, and sk:n. The role will include management responsibilities for our Worcester consultation clinic.

Key Responsibilities
- You will be customer facing and you will help drive performance for the practice.
- You’ll also be responsible for the daily operational efficiency of the practice; a key part of your role will be developing the team and also promoting the benefits of laser surgery to patients.
- You will have strong management experience within an Optical setting or high-end retail.
- You’ll be adept at delivering great results through your passion for people and by working closely with members of your team to develop them through performance management.
- It goes without saying that you’ll possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be articulate, motivated to achieve and have a willingness to learn and progress within Optical Express.
Day to day
- Effectively and efficiently manage resources to meet customer demands
- Ensure the practice is presentable and maintained to the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness which showcase the professional image of Optical Express
- Help recruit, induct, coach and support your team to ensure all team members meet acceptable levels of knowledge and competence
- Ensure the team influences and advises potential patients on the most suitable and appropriate solution for their needs
