About the Role

We are looking for a driven, dynamic Clinic Manager & Lead Aesthetic Therapist with real ambition, someone who wants to run a clinic, not just work in one, and who is excited by the idea of helping us grow.

Reshape Clinic is a therapist-led clinic in the heart of London’s West End, specialising in functional, non-invasive aesthetics. Our treatments are built around BTL technology (EMScultp Neo, EMFace and Exion), alongside Sofwave and Dermapen microneedling. We are not a medical clinic: there are no doctors on the team, no injectables such as Botox or fillers, and no CQC-regulated procedures. Everything we do is delivered by skilled therapists using advanced technology.

As Lead Aesthetic Therapist, you will deliver our treatments and set the standard for client care. We are looking for a qualified therapist (NVQ Level 3 minimum, Level 4 desirable) with solid experience in skincare and facial treatments. Experience with IPL or laser is a bonus, but not essential; we will train you on our technology.

As Clinic Manager, you will also take ownership of the day-to-day running of the clinic: the team, the diary, the numbers and the client experience. Previous management experience is desirable, but not essential. What matters more is that you are organised, commercially minded and ready to step up.

This is a role for someone who wants more than a job. You will have a direct hand in shaping the clinic, expanding what we offer and building something you can be proud of, with the earnings and the career progression to match.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
