Dual Clinic Manager
Location: Glasgow & Edinburgh
Salary: Competitive + performance bonus
sk:n Clinics and The Harley Medical Group are two of the UK’s leading providers of advanced skincare, dermatology, and cosmetic treatments. Together, we deliver clinically proven treatments, exceptional safety standards, and outstanding patient care across our nationwide clinic network.
We are expanding our leadership team in Scotland and are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and lead a high-performing clinical and front-of-house team, in our Glasgow City Centre, and Edinburgh Haymarket clinics.
About the Role
As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and successful running of the clinic. You will lead by example, maintain outstanding customer service standards, and drive revenue growth while ensuring full compliance with clinical governance, CQC, and internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team including practitioners, nurses, and consultants
- Oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Achieve and exceed financial targets through effective KPI management
- Maintain the highest standards of governance, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Manage clinic rota planning, stock levels, and operational efficiency
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development strategies
- Deliver monthly performance reports and contribute to regional business goals
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Handle escalated patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
Requirements
We’re looking for a confident leader with strong commercial and operational experience—ideally within aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or a premium service environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical, healthcare, or aesthetic setting
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting KPIs
- Excellent communication and people-management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver a luxury patient experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of compliance, CQC standards, and clinical protocols (preferred but not essential)
