Dr LBL Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a premium private healthcare client for a Clinic Operations Coordinator.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on with patients whilst also taking ownership of the operational side of a growing business.
You will work closely with the directors and doctors, supporting the implementation of systems, improving processes and ensuring the clinic operates to the highest standards. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems and wants to build a long-term career in healthcare operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the clinician during consultations and treatments when required
- Delivering an exceptional patient experience from enquiry through to follow-up
- Managing diaries, appointments and clinic schedules
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Managing stock, suppliers and procurement
- Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting compliance
- Assisting with reporting, KPIs and operational improvements
- Helping implement new systems, processes and business initiatives
- Supporting projects across operations, research, product launches and clinic development

The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in a private healthcare, medical or aesthetics environment
- Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Be confident supporting patients whilst also managing operational responsibilities
- Think proactively rather than simply completing tasks
- Enjoy learning, taking ownership and improving the way things are done
- Be ambitious and motivated to grow into a senior operational role
- Have excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
