Job Description
As the operational anchor of the business, you will own the clinic's operational and financial performance, focusing on scaling efficiently while maintaining high service levels. You will lead clinical operations, manage the prescriber network, and partner with tech teams to optimize the end-to-end digital patient journey from enquiry through to long-term repeat care.

What You Will Do
- Manage clinical operations and prescriber capacity, including the recruitment, onboarding, and performance of the consultant network to meet patient demand.
- Oversee the multidisciplinary team (MDT) process and patient support operations to ensure seamless delivery from initial consultation to repeat prescriptions.
- Collaborate with the product and technology teams to drive digital self-serve adoption and reduce operational friction across the online patient journey.
The ideal candidate
- Extensive experience in regulated healthcare operations, specifically within CQC or GPhC registered environments and specialized telehealth or digital health models.
- Proven track record managing complex clinician networks and multidisciplinary teams, moving beyond simple contact center operations to professional workforce planning.
- Strong financial acumen with direct accountability for operational P&L levers, budget adherence, and translating complex clinical pathways into scalable SOPs.
