About Exoblanc
Exoblanc is a fast-growing professional Korean skincare brand working with clinics, aesthetic practitioners, and skin professionals across the UK. Our professional and homecare ranges combine innovative Korean skincare technologies with advanced formulations designed to support both professional treatments and results-driven homecare.
Exoblanc UK operates alongside LPG Clinics Wholesale, an established UK distributor within the professional beauty and aesthetics industry. This gives the brand access to an existing network of clinics, practitioners, and industry relationships, while Exoblanc continues to build its own dedicated professional partner network across the UK. As that network continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Clinic Partnerships Executive to join us at an exciting stage of the brand's development.
This is a varied, hands-on role with genuine ownership. You'll work closely with the founders and become a key point of contact for both prospective and existing Exoblanc clinic partners. We're looking for someone who already understands the professional skincare or aesthetics industry, is confident building relationships with clinics, and is excited by the opportunity to grow their role alongside an ambitious brand.
The Role
Your primary focus will be managing and developing our growing network of professional clinic partners. We already generate inbound enquiries from clinics interested in working with Exoblanc. You'll take ownership of these opportunities, answering questions, holding calls, understanding each clinic's needs, and confidently guiding prospective partners towards the right products and partnership for their business. You'll also take day-to-day ownership of our CRM and professional sales pipeline, ensuring our data is organised, opportunities are followed up, and every prospect has a clear next step. Alongside new partnerships, you'll support our existing clinic network and help us deliver an exceptional experience for both our professional partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Partnerships & Account Development
- Manage and nurture inbound clinic and stockist enquiries
- Hold discovery calls with prospective clinic partners
- Understand each clinic's treatments, clientele, and business requirements
- Build strong relationships with clinic owners, aesthetic practitioners, and skin professionals
- Confidently introduce and explain Exoblanc's professional and homecare ranges
- Recommend appropriate products and partnership options based on each clinic's requirements
- Help prospective partners build their opening orders
- Convert qualified enquiries into new Exoblanc clinic partners
- Manage the onboarding process for new clinics and stockists
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with existing clinic partners
- Support repeat ordering and ongoing account growth
- Proactively follow up warm leads and previous enquiries
- Re-engage prospective partners who have previously expressed an interest in Exoblanc
- Identify opportunities to grow and develop existing clinic accounts

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
