Territory Account Manager – Clinical

Location: North East England
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time | Field-based

We are partnering with an established clinical and medical consumables business looking to appoint a Territory Account Manager across the North East.

You will take responsibility for developing an established territory across the NHS and private healthcare sector, balancing the management of existing accounts with identifying and winning new business.

The product portfolio includes blood collection systems, cannulas, and wider clinical products, with customers and stakeholders across pathology, phlebotomy, procurement, and wider clinical teams.

The Role

  • Manage and grow existing accounts across the North East
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with clinical and procurement stakeholders
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through to close
  • Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
  • Deliver product training and educational sessions to customers
  • Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline
  • Work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Attend customer meetings, implementations, and industry events

About You

We are open to different backgrounds and would be interested in speaking with candidates who have:

  • Experience within medical device, diagnostics, clinical, or life science sales, or
  • A scientific/biomedical background combined with commercial or customer-facing experience, or
  • Experience within an NHS laboratory/clinical environment and a strong motivation to move into sales
  • A confident, engaging, and relationship-led approach
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and motivation to develop new business
  • Full UK driving licence

This is a field-based role with regular travel throughout the North East.
