About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Clinical Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to healthcare professionals and clinical teams. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for supporting healthcare services while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to clinical and healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate patient and clinical records in line with data protection policies.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate clinical diaries.
- Process referrals, correspondence and medical documentation.
- Respond to email and telephone enquiries professionally.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and general documentation.
- Ensure all records are updated accurately and confidentially.
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.

Requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Experience in healthcare or administration is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
