We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, conscientious, and flexible Band 3 Clinical Administrator to support our clinical community teams within the Adult Community Services in Norwich. This role will involve a range of administration duties to meet the needs of our clinical teams, service users, and their families.

This role requires regular on-site presence at our designated base location to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate experience in data entry and interpretation with an awareness of key performance indicators. Attention to detail and daily use of Excel and other MS packages will also be expected of the successful candidate.

In addition to the above, you will demonstrate team work skills and a commitment to the provision of a positive service user experience. The role will also include call handling and face-to-face liaison with service users and colleagues alike. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with experience of and a dedication to confidentiality.

You will be joining a demanding, fast-paced environment using the Trust’s EPR.

Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be of benefit but not essential as all training will be provided. Experience of Microsoft packages is ideal in the successful candidate.
