Job Title: Clinical & Practice Lead

Salary: £46,000 - £52,000 per annum (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting) for FTE (37.5 hours), £34,346.66 - £ 38,826.66 pro-rata for 28 hours/week

Hours: 28 - 35 hours per week

Duration: This post is a 12 months’ Fixed Term contract (subject to performance and continued funding).

Location: EACH Head Office, Ealing, with requirement to work across sites. Remote working may be necessary and will be required to work from any of EACH’s locations and footpaths.

EACH is a specialist charity supporting individuals, families and communities affected by mental health, domestic abuse, alcohol and substance misuse. We are expanding our team and are recruiting talented, values-led people who want to help strengthen services and improve outcomes for the diverse communities we serve.

This is a senior clinical leadership role responsible for clinical governance, safeguarding, supervision, training and practice development across EACH’s counselling and client-facing services.

We are looking to hire an experienced clinical lead to oversee clinical governance, safeguarding, supervision, training and practice development across EACH’s counselling and client-facing services.

You will:

  • Be an experienced, appropriately registered or accredited therapeutic practitioner with a supervision qualification
  • Strong experience in clinical governance
  • Trauma-informed practice
  • Safeguarding leadership

You will need:

  • Accredited an/or registered with an appropriate UK recognised professional body, e.g. BACP, UKCP, HCPC, NCPS, BPS, BABCP
  • Clinical supervision qualification
  • Experience of assessing and managing complex case presentations
  • Experience of providing line management and/or supervising staff, trainees or volunteers in health, social care or the voluntary sector
  • Understanding and experience of BME-specialist, culturally competent and trauma informed practice in an area relevant to EACH’s work (mental health, substance misuse and domestic abuse)
