The opportunity

We are looking for a Clinical Sales Applications Specialist to provide expert clinical support and education to healthcare professionals using our Acute Care Therapies solutions.

Working closely with customers and our commercial teams, you will deliver product training, clinical education, evaluations and follow-up support. You will help clinicians use our products safely and effectively while identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and improve patient care.

What you will do

  • Deliver clinical training, education, product evaluations and follow-up support to Acute Care Therapies customers.
  • Plan and coordinate clinical support activities to encourage the safe and effective use of our products.
  • Prepare and deliver customer training workshops.
  • Support customers and clinicians throughout the sales cycle, responding to clinical and technical questions.
  • Create and maintain training materials for UK and Ireland ventilation customers.
  • Implement key clinical programmes, tools and initiatives.
  • Identify potential opportunities within customer accounts while delivering training.
  • Support promotional and commercial activities in partnership with the sales team.
  • Provide training across Critical Care products, including ventilation, anaesthesia and Pulsion.
  • Complete associated administration and project activity accurately and on time.

Who you are

You are a credible and engaging clinical professional who can translate technical product knowledge into clear, practical guidance for healthcare teams. You are organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

You will bring:

  • A qualification as a Critical Care Nurse, or an equivalent clinical qualification.
  • Clinical experience within ICU, ITU or operating theatre environments.
  • A strong technical and clinical background in ventilation.
  • Experience delivering training or coaching to medical and nursing professionals.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • The ability to learn complex technical information and explain its clinical application.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and web-based communication tools.

Previous experience in the commercial medical equipment sector would be advantageous.

Additional requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Ability to travel throughout the UK and occasionally abroad, including overnight stays.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours when required, which may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rota where required.
