Job snapshot

To provide procedural and product expertise to targeted & selected accounts, Develop strong & trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) through Case protocol & procedures, case observations, field travel, meeting attendance, educational seminars.

Develop, support, build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide clinical training with surgeons and nurse teams.

Drive procedures and case with in the accounts and report outcomes. Supporting our Service team in always providing excellent customer service

Territory: Field based (NI & Dublin)

Candidate Location: Northern Ireland or bordering counties in ROI

Responsibilities:

  • Driving utilization of specific procedures within established account
  • Provide full support to the commercial team to establish potential new business and assist in preparing and reviewing account potential.
  • Represent Healthcare 21 during clinical evaluations and demonstrations including any relevant Tender processes
  • Pass on potential leads for new products, opportunities, and customers to our Commercial Team
  • Provide input on new product development based on in-field experience
  • Support the commercial team occasionally in accounts in the Dublin and surrounding region
  • Effectively use our internal Software and other CRM systems
  • Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the product and a complete understanding of BPH and the alternative procedures
  • Priorities objectives and schedule work to make best use of time and resources
  • Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of sales products
  • Actively gather market intelligence on our own and competitor portfolio / activities and supply information punctually in line with the requirements set out by management
  • Participate in trade shows, training, and marketing activities both in NI and ROI
  • Maintain accurate records for the territory
  • Provide full on-site training to customers when required and ensure all training is documented
  • Provide application support to our installation/service team

What are the role requirements?

  • Relevant Clinical qualification is essential
  • 2+ years of experience within a similar role is desirable
  • Ability to connect easily with medical staff including surgeon’s nurses and technicians, to build immediate trust
  • Confident to guide clinicians based on the product training received.
  • Clinical and Product expertise – Strong understanding of the healthcare environments, clinical work flows and medical or laboratory instruments
  • Ability to co-ordinate and deliver effective training or product training for the end user such as Physicians and Nurses.

  • Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory.
  • Willing to support the wider commercial team to travel to Dublin or surrounding area to cover cases.
  • Ability to travel abroad for training.
