Are you a registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic and looking for a new challenge? You could use your skills differently as a Functional Assessor.

Our Offer

It’s an exciting and challenging role that can be quite different from other healthcare professions, and that’s why you’ll begin with a 5-week training program, with close mentorship to work on your ongoing development.

  • Basic salary of £40,500 upon successful completion of training stages
  • 10% Quality & Performance Bonus available after training and completion of competency
  • Meaning OTE of £45,450

Day to Day

You will work full-time to manage caseloads undertaking initial reviews, paper-based, face-to-face, video, or telephone assessments assessing a full range of health conditions and disabilities to find out how it impacts the claimant’s day-to-day life, creating a comprehensive report.

Your Requirements

  • Registered Adult Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic.
  • 1+ years post-registration experience.
  • Valid registration Pin with the NMC or HCPC without restrictions or conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to type a minimum of 32 words per minute.
  • Right to work in the UK without an employer’s sponsorship visa.
