CLINICAL AUDIOLOGIST – MULTI-SITE

Locations: Finchley, Winchmore Hill, Harley Street, Chelsea, Richmond & Amersham

Salary: Up to £55,000 basic salary

Commission: Uncapped commission with excellent earning potential

Travel: All travel between clinic locations covered

Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent

Compass Associates are delighted to be working in partnership with a rapidly growing, premium independent audiology provider renowned for its clinical standards, advanced diagnostics and genuinely patient-centred approach.

Due to continued expansion, including the opening of new clinic locations, they are now looking for an experienced Clinical Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to join the business in a varied multi-site position.

You will work across an established network of clinics covering Finchley, Winchmore Hill, Harley Street, Chelsea, Richmond and Amersham, supporting both established locations and newly developing sites.

This isn't a traditional sales-led audiology environment. Hearing loss is approached as a clinical concern first, with extended appointment times, evidence-based fitting protocols and the freedom to recommend solutions from across the major hearing aid manufacturers.

All travel required between clinic locations will be fully covered.

The Role

You will deliver a broad range of private audiology services across the group's clinic network, including:

  • Comprehensive adult diagnostic audiology
  • Pure Tone Audiometry, tympanometry and speech testing
  • Complex diagnostic assessments and interpretation
  • ENT-related testing and report writing
  • Hearing aid consultation, fitting and rehabilitation
  • Real Ear Measurements and evidence-based verification as standard
  • Aided speech testing and structured outcome measures
  • Tinnitus assessment and management
  • Wax removal
  • Vestibular testing where appropriate
  • Lyric assessment and fitting
  • Ongoing patient follow-up and aftercare
  • Building strong, long-term patient relationships through excellent clinical outcomes
  • Supporting both established and newly opened clinics across the group

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll work in high-quality clinical environments with access to modern diagnostic equipment, sound-treated rooms and extended appointment times.

You'll also benefit from regular clinical support, case discussion and continued professional development from a highly experienced clinical team.

Commission & Earning Potential

Alongside a basic salary of up to £55,000, the role offers an uncapped commission scheme with significant additional earning potential.

The structure rewards clinicians for the wider clinical and commercial contribution they make, with qualifying activity spanning a broad range of audiology services rather than being focused solely on hearing aid sales.

For an experienced and commercially successful private Audiologist, the scheme provides the opportunity to build a very strong overall earnings package, with no upper limit on commission.

Importantly, the commercial element sits alongside a clinically led approach. The focus is on excellent patient outcomes, retention and long-term relationships rather than high-pressure selling.

What We're Looking For

  • BSc / MSc Audiology or equivalent recognised qualification
  • HCPC registered / appropriately professionally registered
  • Strong adult diagnostic audiology experience
  • Confident hearing aid fitting and rehabilitation skills
  • Experience using Real Ear Measurements and evidence-based verification
  • Excellent communication and patient-management skills
  • Comfortable managing your own clinics and caseload
  • Commercial awareness without compromising clinical integrity
  • Flexible and comfortable working across several clinic locations
  • Strong organisation and diary-management skills
  • Full UK driving licence advantageous due to the multi-site nature of the position
  • Private-sector experience would be advantageous, although strong NHS Audiologists looking to develop their career within independent practice will also be considered.

Why Consider This Role?

This offers something slightly different from a conventional branch-based Audiologist position.

You'll have the variety of working across a number of premium clinics, including Harley Street, Chelsea, Finchley and Winchmore Hill, alongside helping support newer locations in Richmond and Amersham.

Clinically, the focus is firmly on doing things properly: comprehensive diagnostics, REM-led fitting, appropriate verification, extended appointments and excellent patient outcomes.

Commercially, there is significant upside too. With a basic salary of up to £55,000, uncapped commission and all inter-clinic travel covered, the role offers an attractive overall package for an ambitious clinician who wants to combine clinical excellence with strong earning potential.

Interested?

If you're an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser looking for greater clinical variety, strong earning potential and the opportunity to join a growing independent audiology group, we'd love to hear from you.
