Clinical Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) with experience of supporting global clinical trial operations with some financial exposure. You will assist in ensuring that timely and accurate reports and documentation are prepared. You will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership to perform tasks in a timely manner, and the ability maintain clear and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
This is a cross-functional role with the department for a CTA with some financial exposure.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate with different departments the finance quarterly portfolio reports, consolidate data, gather all the information for financial reports (annual, quarterly, etc.) and annual close activities.
- Gather key information for expenses on trackers.
- Main point of contact (POC) for all cross-functional teams.
- Preparing team slides for meetings.
- Corporate communication and reshaping the newsletter.
- Update the training system, uploading the training recordings onto the platform.
- Be accountable for the transition to a new system.
- Interested in new systems and tech-savvy within global environments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting of projects and initiatives.

Your Profile
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, ideally but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders gained at global level.
- Entry-level experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft MS 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT) as well as SharePoint with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, can-do attitude work approach.
- Good English writing and analytical skills.
