Clinical Operations Assistant

We are looking for a CTA with experience of supporting global clinical trial operations with some financial exposure. You will assist in ensuring that timely and accurate reports and documentation are prepared. You will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership to perform tasks in a timely manner, and the ability maintain clear and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
This is a cross-functional role with the department for a CTA with some financial exposure. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with different departments the finance quarterly portfolio reports
- Consolidate data, gather all the information for financial reports (annual, quarterly, etc.) and annual close activities
- Gather key information for expenses on trackers
- Main POC for all cross-functional teams
- Preparing team slides for meeting
- Corporate communication and reshaping the newsletter
- Update the training system, uploading the training recordings onto the platform
- Be accountable for the transition to a new systems
- Be interested in new systems and tech-savvy within global environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting of projects and initiatives.

Your Profile:
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, ideally but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders gained at global level
- Entry-level experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft MS 365 tools Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT as well as SharePoint with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Pro-active, can-do attitude work approach
- Good English writing and analytical skills
