Clinical Operations Assistant

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) with experience of supporting global clinical trial operations with some financial exposure. You will assist in ensuring that timely and accurate reports and documentation are prepared. You will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership to perform tasks in a timely manner, and the ability to maintain clear and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
This is a cross-functional role with the department for a CTA with some financial exposure. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with different departments for the finance quarterly portfolio reports
- Consolidate data and gather all the information for financial reports (annual, quarterly, etc.) and annual close activities
- Gather key information for expenses on trackers
- Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for all cross-functional teams
- Prepare team slides for meetings
- Manage corporate communication and reshape the newsletter
- Update the training system and upload training recordings onto the platform
- Be accountable for the transition to new systems
- Demonstrate interest in new systems and be tech-savvy within global environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting of projects and initiatives

Your Profile:
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (ideally but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at a global level
- Entry-level experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) as well as SharePoint, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a work approach that is solution-oriented
- Good English writing and analytical skills
