Associate or Employed Case Manager – Neuro Occupational Therapist
Location: Home-Based with travel to visit clients across the North East
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (may be negotiable DOE)
Must be an HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
Remit
Compass Associates is proudly working with a well-established provider of case management, therapy, and medico-legal services, to recruit a full-time permanent Case Manager. Applications will be considered from current Case Managers or Occupational Therapists who have a strong background in neuro rehab.
Following a comprehensive induction and with ongoing support from the Head of Case Management, Clinical Lead, and experienced Case Managers, you will independently hold a small caseload of clients (adults and/or children) who have complex rehabilitation needs due to backgrounds of catastrophic brain injuries.
Your role will involve carrying out comprehensive assessments to determine your clients’ needs for support and rehabilitation, in order to formulate an individualized case management plan. You would liaise closely with and coordinate professionals/MDTs to deliver the care/support as well as building rapport with clients, their families, and solicitors. This is a varied role where you’d be able to utilize your neuro rehab background, to assess risk, set goals with your clients, and ensure your clients have the best possible care and rehabilitation in place.

Location
This is a home-based role where you’d manage your own diary and visit your clients in the North East. Many referrals are in Newcastle but you may also have clients across Durham, Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Darlington, and surrounding towns.

Essential criteria
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
- Strong background in neuro rehabilitation, working with individuals who have catastrophic brain injuries
- UK driving licence and access to own car
Interview Process
- Informal discussion with the Head of Case Management followed by a formal interview.
