About the Role

We’re a forward-thinking, growing practice with a strong reputation for high-quality psychological services. Due to high demand, we’re looking for a Clinical /Counselling Psychologist to join us who shares our passion for delivering effective, compassionate, evidence-based support, and is keen to be part of our development.

The role involves providing tailored psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations for a broad range of clients, many of whom are high-functioning individuals seeking support for mild, emerging, or non-clinical issues, including personal development and performance.

You'll also actively contribute to service development, projects, training, supervision, and external consultation work. Flexibility, creativity, and an interest in applying psychology beyond traditional clinical settings are key. We particularly welcome applicants who:

  • Are interested in sleep, ADHD, autism, adolescent mental health, or non-clinical applications of psychology
  • Want to get actively involved in service growth, including social media, outreach, consultation, and training

About You

You’re a qualified Clinical /Counselling Psychologist with experience working with a broad range of clients in adult mental health / psychological therapy settings and a strong interest in neurodiversity, particularly ADHD. You’re confident in delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions, and focused on learning, growing and providing an excellent service to your clients. You bring a compassionate, client-centred approach to your work. You’re interested in sleep and its impact on mental health, and how clinical/counselling psychology training and therapies can be applied to working with high performers and athletes. You’re flexible, collaborative, positive, energised, and keen to contribute to a growing, supportive team that values high-quality care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
