Job Description

Focus on your clinical work - we handle admin and marketing

Many of the practitioners we work with say the same thing: they genuinely enjoy their clinical work, value meaningful therapeutic relationships and want the space to practise thoughtfully, without being distracted by marketing, bookings or ongoing administration.

That’s the model we’ve built.

Due to client demand, we have an opportunity for an experienced, self-employed Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist or Psychotherapist to practise from our Harley Street rooms.

Availability of at least 8 hours per week is required on at least two of the following days: Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

  • Thursday and Friday sessions run from 4pm/5pm to 9pm (four or five clients per clinic).
  • Saturday sessions take place any time between 9am and 5pm, with a minimum of five hours.

Examples of clinic patterns include:

  • Thursday 5pm–9pm and Friday 5pm–9pm
  • Thursday 5pm–9pm and Saturday 10am–3pm
  • Friday 5pm–9pm and Saturday 9am–5pm

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
