Senior Clinical Data Manager | Global CRO | UK Remote | Permanent

I am partnering with a leading global CRO that is recruiting several experienced Senior Clinical Data Managers to join its growing team. This fully home-based role offers the opportunity to lead data management activities across complex international clinical trials, taking ownership of study deliverables, timelines and quality while acting as the main contact for clients and internal teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading data management activities across assigned clinical trials.
  • Developing Data Management Plans and Data Quality Review Plans.
  • Managing client communications, timelines, resources and project reporting.
  • Supporting CRF/eCRF design, database development and UAT.
  • Overseeing data review, query resolution, third-party data SAE reconciliation and database lock.
  • Training team members and supporting audits and regulatory inspections.

What you will need:

  • At least five years’ clinical data management experience within pharma, biotech or a CRO.
  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Proven experience leading clinical data management activities.
  • Hands-on experience with CRF/eCRF design, EDC systems, UAT, data cleaning and database lock.
  • Strong client management, communication and project leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of clinical data management regulations and industry standards.
