Make an Impact as a Clinical Data Manager at Worldwide
Play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical trial data that supports important research and development programmes around the world. In this position, you will provide data management expertise across complex global studies, helping ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with sponsor expectations.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, you will oversee critical data management activities from study start-up through database lock. Your expertise will help drive data quality, support study progress, and contribute to the successful delivery of clinical research programmes.

As a trusted partner within global project teams, you will have the opportunity to influence processes, support continuous improvement, and help ensure data integrity throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Where You'll Work
This is a remote role open to candidates based in UK, Spain, Poland, Romania, Croatia or Italy. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.
What You'll Do
- Lead data management activities across multiple complex global clinical trials from start-up through study close-out
- Coordinate resources and priorities to ensure data management deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain key trial documentation, including data management plans, database specifications, edit check specifications, CCGs, and DTAs
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to support accurate and reliable database functionality
- Manage external vendor reconciliation specifications and support reconciliation outputs across study data sources
- Drive data cleaning activities to maintain data quality, consistency, and readiness for analysis
- Produce and communicate study metrics to monitor progress, identify risks, and support informed decision-making
- Partner with sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders while representing Data Management at project and study meetings
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing feedback, participating in process reviews, and helping optimise data management practices
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries
- Proficiency in English
- Strong working knowledge of clinical data management best practices and technologies used in clinical trials
- Solid understanding of clinical trial processes and key study documents, including protocols, CRFs, statistical analysis plans, and study reports
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills across global teams
