Clinical Data & Power BI Specialist - Contract
We are supporting a global clinical research organisation looking for an experienced Clinical Data & Power BI Specialist to join their team on a contract basis.
This position will focus on developing and maintaining high-quality data reporting and dashboard solutions across clinical programmes. We are looking for someone who combines an understanding of clinical data with strong hands-on Power BI expertise and can work independently to turn complex data into clear, reliable, and actionable reporting.

- Build, develop, and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Integrate and work with data from multiple sources
- Analyse, manipulate, and visualise clinical and operational data
- Improve existing reporting processes and identify opportunities for more effective data solutions
- Troubleshoot reporting and dashboard issues
- Work independently with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely reporting to support clinical teams and decision-making
Key Experience:
- Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including building dashboards from scratch
- Experience with data integration, modelling, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working independently and taking ownership of deliverables
- Previous experience within clinical research, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a CRO environment is highly desirable
- Experience with SQL, DAX, and Power Query would be beneficial
