Deputy Manager Opportunity
We are searching for a nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join a leading care home provider based in Great Malvern. This Deputy Manager opportunity comes with an excellent salary of £58,000 per year, excellent training and development pathways, and more excellent benefits.

As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and compliance are consistently delivered. You'll lead by example, supporting and developing the clinical team while ensuring residents receive person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.

Duties
- Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives
- Ensuring care is always delivered in line with the standards set out by the CQC, Local Authority and other relevant regulatory professional bodies
- Being a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staff
- Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home

Criteria to Apply
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Strong leadership skills
- Good knowledge / use of clinical care systems and governance
- Prior experience in a senior clinical position within a care home
