Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will play a key role in developing and supporting the nursing and care teams, providing guidance, mentoring and leadership to maintain best practice. Working closely with families, professionals, and the multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure a coordinated and responsive approach to care.

While this is predominantly a day shift leadership role, you will also be responsible for providing oversight and support to night shift teams, ensuring consistency of person led care, clinical practice, communication, and service standards across the full 24-hour care pathway.

The successful candidate will promote and embed the principles of the Health and Social Care Standards, ensuring that residents experience care that is compassionate, respectful, responsive, and focused on achieving the outcomes that matter most to them. You will champion a culture of dignity, inclusion, choice and independence, ensuring care delivery reflects individual strengths, preferences, and aspirations.
