Position: Clinical Deputy Manager

Location: Hampshire

Salary: £55,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Hours: Full time

Career Makers are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursing care home in Hampshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical leader to work closely with the Home Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of the service while providing strong clinical leadership and ensuring consistently high standards of resident care.

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

  • Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, providing strong clinical leadership to the nursing and care teams.
  • Oversee care planning, medication management, clinical audits, and CQC compliance, ensuring high standards of person-centred care.
  • Lead, mentor, and support staff through supervision, training, and performance management.

Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

  • Active NMC Pin RGN, RMN, or RNLD.
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse.
  • Strong clinical background within a nursing or care home environment.
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
  • Experience managing care plans, medication, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
