Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Locations: 3D Aesthetics Clinics - Leamington Spa & Knowle / 3D Aesthetics Head Office – Rugby
Working Pattern: Ordinarily 3 days clinic-based / 2 days Head Office, flexing according to business priorities, clinical projects, CQC requirements and events.
Role Purpose
The Clinical Practice Development Manager is a senior clinical role working across both 3D Aesthetics Clinics and 3D Aesthetics Head Office.
The role is responsible for developing and maintaining exceptional clinical standards across the clinic group, while supporting 3D Aesthetics in the development of advanced clinical education, treatment protocols, practitioner resources and clinical content.
A significant part of the role will focus on clinical development and education rather than standard device training, using hands-on clinical expertise to develop treatment protocols, combination approaches, best-practice guidance and educational content that strengthens both the clinic group and the wider 3D Aesthetics brand.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Practice Development – 3D Aesthetics Clinics
Work across the Leamington Spa and Knowle clinics to develop and maintain consistent clinical standards across the group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the development, implementation and ongoing review of clinical SOPs and treatment protocols across the clinic group.
- Support CQC registration, preparation and ongoing compliance requirements.
- Develop consistent clinical governance standards across all locations.
- Support clinical audits, risk management, infection prevention and control, safeguarding and patient safety.
- Review and develop patient consultation, consent, treatment planning and aftercare processes.
- Ensure clinical documentation and treatment records meet appropriate professional and regulatory standards.
- Develop competency frameworks and clinical standards for practitioners.
- Support the onboarding, mentoring and clinical development of practitioners.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways, treatment outcomes and overall clinical experience.
- Support the safe and effective introduction of new technologies and treatments into the clinics.
- Maintain an active clinical presence within the clinics, undertaking treatments where appropriate to remain close to patient experience, practitioner requirements and treatment outcomes.
- Support the development of a new clinic opening and ensure clinical standards are consistent across all three locations.

Clinical Development & Education – 3D Aesthetics Head Office
Act as a key clinical resource for the wider 3D Aesthetics business, helping strengthen the company’s clinical education and practitioner development offering.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop advanced treatment protocols for 3D Aesthetics technologies.
- Develop bespoke and combination treatment protocols across multiple technologies.
- Develop advanced clinical education that goes beyond the operational use of a device and focuses on achieving the best possible treatment outcomes.
- Create clinical education resources including protocols, treatment guides, practitioner tips, FAQs, treatment planning guidance and best-practice materials.
- Support the clinical development and introduction of new technologies.
- Review technologies from a clinical perspective and contribute to treatment positioning and protocol development.
- Support demonstrations and clinical education at workshops, Open Days, industry events and exhibitions.
Clinical Content & Brand Authority
Work closely with the Marketing team to translate clinical expertise into high-quality educational content.
This will include:
- Developing clinically led educational content for practitioners and clinics.
- Supporting filming days, educational videos, webinars and social content.
- Providing clinical commentary and expertise around technologies, treatments and industry developments.
- Developing treatment-focused and condition-focused educational content rather than purely product-led material.
- Helping establish 3D Aesthetics as a credible and trusted source of clinical education within the aesthetics industry.
- Supporting the development of reusable clinical content that can be adapted across social media, email, practitioner education, events, sales resources and the Online Marketing resources.
Working Relationships
The Clinical Practice Development Manager will work closely with:
- Directors
- Clinic Teams
- Head of Training and Training team
- Marketing team
- Sales team
- Engineering and Product teams
The role will act as an important link between real-world clinical practice, practitioner education, product development and commercial activity.

Key Measures of Success
Success within the role will include:
- Consistent clinical standards across all 3D Aesthetics Clinics.
- Successful development and implementation of clinic SOPs and governance processes.
- Strong CQC readiness and ongoing compliance.
- Development of high-quality clinical and combination treatment protocols.
- Increased volume and quality of clinically led educational resources.
- Strong practitioner engagement with clinical education.
- Effective clinical support for new technology and treatment launches.
- Regular delivery of clinical education and content for events, digital channels and practitioner resources.
- Demonstrable improvements in treatment pathways, practitioner confidence and patient outcomes.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be an experienced clinical professional with a strong interest in aesthetics, clinical education and treatment development.
They should demonstrate:
- Appropriate clinical qualification and professional registration.
- Experience within aesthetics, dermatology, skin health or a related clinical environment.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.
- Experience developing or implementing clinical SOPs and protocols.
- Strong knowledge of consultation, treatment planning and patient pathways.
- Confidence educating and presenting to other healthcare or aesthetics professionals.
- Ability to translate clinical knowledge into clear and engaging educational content.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Confidence working independently and taking ownership of clinical projects.
- A collaborative approach to working across clinical, education, marketing and commercial teams.
- A genuine interest in developing best practice and raising standards within the aesthetics industry.
Role Development
This role has significant scope to develop as the 3D Aesthetics Clinics group expands and 3D Aesthetics continues to strengthen its clinical and educational offering.
The longer-term opportunity is for the role to become a central clinical leadership position across the group, helping shape clinical standards, education, protocols, practitioner development and innovation across both the clinic and device businesses.
