Job Description:
Shire Healthcare are recruiting to a Clinical Director to join a growing charity supporting children and families in London. You will be working across schools and community settings. This is a home-based role with an expectation to travel to sites in London when required.
Role snapshot:
The candidate appointed will drive and lead the strategy of governance and practice across the charity. The charity is in a period of growth and is looking to appoint a Clinical Director who will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical approach and delivering strategic clinical leadership across the organisation. The candidate appointed will lead and develop MDT working across services, lead MDT meetings. You will champion high standards of multidisciplinary practice, leading and developing the clinical workforce, providing clinical oversight and support, driving improvement and innovation. The role balances both strategic and operational responsibilities.

- Contract type: Permanent
- Hours: Full time
- Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 fte
Professions considered:
- Professional qualification in a discipline such as: Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Child Psychotherapy, as well as relevant professional body registration.
Experience required:
- Due to the seniority of the role, those applying will have background working in Children’s SEMH, SEN settings.
- In addition, have previous experience working at a similar level.
