About ZAVA
We believe healthcare should be accessible, dependable and affordable for everyone. Now part of Hims & Hers Health, Inc., one of the fastest-growing digital health companies in the world, we’re entering an exciting new chapter as we expand our reach and accelerate our impact.
Our team of Doctors, Engineers, Patient Care Advisors, Pharmacists, Marketers, Product Managers, UX Designers, Commercial, and Operations Specialists work together to build digital healthcare that truly fits around our patients’ lives.
The pandemic changed how people access care, and we’ve led the way by providing over 14 million consultations across the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Ireland. More patients than ever turn to us for help with weight loss and other conditions that can be safely treated online. We’re evolving our service to make care even more personal, supportive and effective.
We’re doing more than providing healthcare. We’re empowering people to take control of their health, and with the support of Hims & Hers, we’re scaling our vision to become a global leader in digital healthcare.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Patient consultations: Clinically review and assess patient consultations via the asynchronous online platform.
- Respond to clinical messages and, where appropriate, prescribe medication or provide advice in line with ZAVA guidelines. Work closely with the Patient Care Team on a daily basis.
- Service expansion: Support the Clinical Lead in developing and launching new services to meet patient needs.
- Review and improvement of clinical practice: Collaborate with colleagues to update medical guidelines, maintain the highest clinical standards, and enhance the patient journey.
What you'll own
- Safe and regulated environment – Work within a fully regulated UK healthcare environment. The organisation has passed multiple regulatory inspections, including Care Quality Commission (CQC) review, which rated us as safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led.
- Patient-focused approach – Providing high-quality care is central to the role. The organisation is committed to patient safety and satisfaction, reflected in consistently strong patient feedback (ZAVA UK – Trustpilot).
- Collaborative, forward-thinking team – Reporting to the Clinical Lead for the UK, you will work alongside a diverse team of GMC-registered doctors. Collaboration across teams is key, including regular interaction with the Patient Care Team, Service Expansion, Product Development, Public Relations, Marketing, and IT.
- Influence the future of healthcare – Beyond clinical responsibilities, you will help shape how we deliver care. You will contribute to expanding our clinical offerings, developing new services, and refining our digital healthcare platform.
- Ongoing learning and development – Participate in a structured weekly training and teaching programme designed to support safe and effective digital healthcare practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
