Job Description Summary
The role of a Clinical Education Specialist is primarily to deliver and co-ordinate training on GE Healthcare’s MRI products. This training is mainly delivered at a hospital site but also through phone and digital methods. The Clinical Education Specialist owns support within the MRI install base. Delivery of classroom training is also expected as part of this role. This will ideally suit a candidate presently based in the South of England.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide onsite clinical applications training to users equipment in given modality area.
- Co-ordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service, and the Clinical Education Manager.
- Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customer's safe and effective use of GE equipment’s, maximising image quality and productivity.
- Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
- Promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values, and benefits sought.
- Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
- Support Trade show/Workshops/show sites/Customer visits.
- Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.
- Document trainings, site visits, and Customer interactions as per the local protocol.
- Deliver customer presentations at Classroom Education days and user intimacy events.

Qualifications
- Qualified radiographer with experience working clinically within MRI in a UK&I Hospital.
- Any experience working in one other modality such as CT or DEXA is a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including, team working skills, and good communication skills.
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
- Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
- Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments.
- Ability to travel and be at customer sites 80% of the working time (Monday to Friday).

Desired Skills
- Experience teaching MRI to Radiographers/Radiologists.
- Experience in advanced MRI such as Cardiac and Neuro.
- Knowledge of GE’s or competitor’s MRI products.
- Previous experience as an Application Specialist.
- Basic computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
