HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for an experienced permanent, full-time Clinical Educator to join our team.

The position can be based flexibly across HammondCare locations, with the ability to work flexibly between home and the office, and regular travel required to support teams and services.

About The Role

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based clinical education aligned with Home Care priorities, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Provide in-field coaching, supervised practice, and constructive feedback to strengthen clinical decision-making and skill application.
  • Support teams to adopt new or revised procedures and guidelines safely and consistently.
  • Work with operational leaders to respond to risks, audit findings, incidents, and capability gaps.
  • Maintain accurate records of education delivery, attendance, competency outcomes, and follow-up actions.

About You

  • You’re a tertiary qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration with strong clinical knowledge and a passion for education.
  • Experience delivering clinical training, coaching, and providing practice support.
  • Ability to translate policy, standards, and evidence into practical frontline learning.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • You have access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and safe driving record to travel between client’s homes and HammondCare locations (travel costs reimbursed).
