Guy’s Assisted Conception Unit (ACU)

Guy’s Assisted Conception Unit (ACU) provides a comprehensive range of fertility services, including assisted conception, diagnostic testing, preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), and fertility preservation. Established in 1991, Guy’s ACU is one of the UK’s largest assisted conception clinics, delivering both NHS-funded and self-funded fertility care.

Our Laboratory

Our state-of-the-art laboratory is equipped with advanced time-lapse incubator technology and cutting-edge equipment, enabling us to provide the highest standards of patient care. We operate a seven-day service, supporting patients undergoing funded treatment while also attracting national and international self-referrals.

Job Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Embryology team. We are seeking high-calibre, focused professionals who are committed to excellence in patient care and laboratory practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake training in all routine andrology and embryology procedures, while also contributing to the training and development of new laboratory team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of administrative, diagnostic, and support activities that are essential to delivering a high-quality service.
  • Work closely with the Embryology team and the wider Assisted Conception Unit (ACU) to deliver a range of activities that support the services provided at Guy’s ACU. This includes assisting with assisted conception treatments, diagnostic testing, PGT-M and PGT-SR, and fertility preservation.
